Payments

Once you submitted an order, 2go group will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. A validation check and authorization by the card issuer will be made and payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time an order is made. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You can also choose to pay cash on delivery (COD).

2go group takes care to ensure that the Site is secure and that details of your order and payment are kept confidential, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders made on Bean-2go.com are insured from the time of dispatch until they are delivered to your specified delivery address.

Bean-2go.com aims to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days for the regular orders (this may take a bit longer during sale periods), Bulk & Special orders will be communicated separately through our Sales team & delivery time will be determined based on order details.

Inside Cairo & Giza we usually deliver with company trucks.. . however for some cities inside Egypt or for other countries we are using third party logistics company and this may shows a different level on service, but don’t worry we are always here to facilitate your experience with us.

 

Warranty

At 2go group we offer 6 months warranty on our products against manufacturing defects

Defects results from misuse are not covered by company warranty program.

 

Return & Exchange policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your product for whatever reason, we're here to help!

2go group, are dedicated to provide you with the finest online shopping experience in Egypt. However, unlike any in its industry, 2go group will be happy to assist you for exchange, returns or refund.

Returns are free on Bean-2go.com, You may return an item within 14 days after receiving it. You will be refunded the full value of your purchase, excluding delivery fees.

 

Conditions for a product to be Returned- Refunded:

• Return or exchange should be within 14 days from purchase date

• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

• Invoice with order no. must be attached

• We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without submitting a return request first and it gets approved from our side.

• Wrong/different items from what have been ordered

• In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.
